My name is Henri van Veen, together with my wife Ewa, I own the Chihuahuakennel Od Kajtek in Geldrop near Eindhoven.

I was raised with dogs and I have trained policedogs for years, at policedog association “De Helper” in Eindhoven and at the department of security at Philips.

When I met my wife, I also met a tiny dog called Kajtek. It was a Chihuahua. Although I didn’t see him as a dog in the beginning, because I was used to big dogs, he slowly conquered my heart. Especially his courage, vigilance and the unconditional love towards my wife, really impressed me.

After his death, my wife actually didn’t want another dog. I, however did buy her a new Chihuahua bitch. They say that a Chihuahua is like a virus that slowly crawls under your skin and expands and that’s true. If you have one Chihuahua, you want more. That was also in our  case.

My wife cares a lot about our dogs. She hugs them and feeds them from pup ‘til a healthy and well-socialized young dog, ready to explore the big new world.

To keep adding new bloodlines to ours, we import quality Chihuahua’s from everywhere around the world.
